To Tryout or Participate on a VBMS or District Middle School Sports Team:

1. You must be a 7th or 8th grade student at KMS or meet another OHSAA criteria...

2. Have completed ALL registration and necessary paperwork on Final Forms completed and have a current physical on file in the athletic office...The physical forms are available to download after registering for a Final Forms account...

ONLY THE 5 PAGE FINALFORMS PHYSICAL FORM IS ACCEPTED. THE SIGNATURES ON THIS FORM ARE ALSO REQUIRED BEFORE A PHYSICAL WILL BE ENTERED INTO OUR SYSTEM.

3. Meet Kettering City Schools Eligibility Policy: no more than 1 F--and a 1.5 GPA. Any athlete with a 1.5-1.99 GPA is conditionally eligible and can be placed on Academic Intervention.

There are no sign ups for Fall Middle School Sports other than Final Forms.

Do NOT pay Final Form's Participation fees for Volleyball, Basketball, Baseball and Softball until after your athlete makes a team.
