Van Buren will continue with many of our safety protocols to create a safe learning environment and limit the number of students out of school due to contact tracing and/or illness. Due to the inability to keep students at a reasonably safe distance in the hallways, we will NOT be using lockers again this year. You will notice the students’ school supply list and the instructional materials they will be asked to carry in their backpacks have been dramatically reduced. Students may carry a reusable water bottle throughout the day. Please have their name permanently marked on the bottle to avoid loss. Students will have access to bottle filling stations in the building.
The Kettering City Schools are hiring Bus Drivers. The district offers competitive wages and a full benefits package. Stop by the Transportation Department, Monday-Friday, for an immediate interview!
Welcome to the Kettering City Schools! We are currently enrolling students for the 2021-2022 school year.
